Polymer – flufenamic acid delivery systems for injured skin

چکیده

Collagen, the main protein of body, is extracted in different forms and used as reservoir for drug delivery. The aim this work was to obtain adrug delivery systems based on collagen-dextran matrices cross-linked with glutaraldehyde support flufenamic acid and/or microcapsules drug. encapsulated polymeric consisting gelatin, alginate sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. morphology determined by water absorption contact angle. biodegradation performed collagenase solution. In vitro release profiles were built kinetic mechanism set according mathematical models. pharmacological studies followed effect collagen formulations treatment healing process Wistar rats which induced experimental wounds. studied proved that can be controlled, completed using designed spongious matrices.
